Liberal Fascism and the Sierra Club

Well, hello friends and neighbors.
I have to back up and tell this story the way  I see it. Forgive me for being a less than professional writer.

Some few months ago my family and I were at the dinner table when the subject of Carbon Credits came up. What are they ?
Where does the money go ? Stuff like that. My daughter said that the money was going to build Al Gore's marvelous Weather Machine.
At that moment, ( still a topic of conversation)  the doorbell rang. It was nice, sporty, young man from the Sierra Club with a clipboard.
I told him I was not interested, and he made an appeal for me to sign the clipboard. The guy next door signed it, sir.
I signed the clipboard and went back to my dinner.
Soon I started getting the glossy Sierra Club Magazine sent to my address under a name with which I am not familiar, and since the wife throws them out, I cannot get the name till the next one comes. So this has been a joke in my house . The Sierra Club obviously has me wired, and hahaha.
Now I am laughing less, and starting to seethe.
In this morning's mail was a letter from my Senator, Robert Menendez.
It is addressed to my address, but has a name over the address that I do not know.
I opened this letter and found a fairly typical "thank you for writing", letter from my Senator, apparently concerning a detailed and impassioned letter sent to him about environmental issues, and Global Warming as it relates to human responsibility for this so-called climate change.
A letter that neither I nor anyone in my household ever wrote.
So I became curious.
Whose name is this that is attached to my address and writing to my Senate representative ?
Google tells me that the name belongs to an attorney who represents environmental groups, Indian tribes and not (in my mind) coincidentally has some connection to the Sierra Club.
I wrote him  a note:
Dear Mr. Arum,
I  have here a letter from Senator Robert Menendez that today came to my address.
It is all about a letter that he received from someone using your name and my address.
Why does this happen ?
Who writes letters to Senators and uses fake addresses to make it appear that they are from constituents ?
This is clearly a dishonest tactic used by radical activists to advance their agenda, and it disturbs MY relationship with MY elected representative.
It is, to me, almost like voter fraud, and I am sure that if someone is purposely using my address to impersonate a New Jersey resident and attempt to influence
my Senator that there is some legal issue that could be made of it.
Since you ARE involved in environmental issues I assume and will continue to assume that this has been done by some organization with which you are familiar.
Perhaps one that names itself after certain mountains and publishes glossy magazine propaganda which they send to my address with yet someone ELSE'S name attached to it, unbidden.
Do not use my address to advance your environmental agenda with MY representatives. I consider it ABUSE and, I take this kind of abuse very seriously .
Someone should be ashamed of themselves.

Did he answer my note ? No. Did he deny that he lends his name  to this disingenuous attempt to hijack my political voice ? No.
I reject this.
I am under no illusion that I have been singled out for this treatment. I can only imagine that wherever these fresh-faced young people from the
Sierra Club show up on people's doorsteps with clipboards, that their aim is to hijack addresses of constituents in an area in order to forge them into their
letter writing campaigns, making it appear that such letters are from actual constituents, rather than from a lobbying organization with a reputation for
litigation. This is somehow tantamount to voter fraud, identity theft, or forgery .

It is also the height of liberal Fascism. They know what is best for me and will hijack my political voice to deliver a message that I do not approve of
because their feeling of righteousness gives them the right to violate people for their own good.
I am not buying. Especially in an election year these tactics are shameful.
I can provide a scan of the letter to anyone who cares. Any of you Townhall lawyers interested in busting the Sierra  Club ?
Sierra Club,  I know what you are doing.
